The Venbook App (Pedidos, Orçamentos e Recibos) does not share personal information about its users.

To create an account, only a name and valid email address are required for registration.

The application may optionally request permission to access the contact list, camera and device files. These permissions are only necessary to use the features described below:
- Contact list: Only if the user is interested in importing contacts from the phone's address book to register customers in the Venbook App.
- Camera: Only if the user is interested in sending images to the Venbook App.
- Device files: Only if the user is interested in sending images and files stored on the device or saving the data export file on the Venbook App device.

The data collected and processed are stored on the servers of a subcontracted company, Google Cloud, whose headquarters are located outside the country.

All data processed and stored by the Venbook App comes from our customers, who have a legitimate interest in the processing and treatment carried out by the system.

The information may be stored on servers not located in the country where the user is located.

The Venbook App protects all users' personal data using technical and economically reasonable standards considering current internet technology.

Our websites and mobile applications have SSL and HTTPS encryption security tools to ensure the security of all information provided by the user.

Users acknowledge that there can be no expectation of total security on the internet against hacking of websites and applications or other irregular acts.

Venbook App services may be subject to interruptions and unavailability due to technical or operational issues, and we are not responsible for any damages, losses and/or frustration of expectations resulting therefrom.

Examples of causes of interruptions or unavailability include: unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure; harmful actions by third parties that prevent the provision of services or the continuity of the PLATFORM (hacker, virus, etc.); periodic technical maintenance; power outages; failures in data transmission networks; etc.

Our Privacy Policy is regularly reviewed. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you always visit this document periodically.
